Here’s some breathing techniques:

For any breathing practice, always make sure you are sitting or laying down in a safe space with full attention for the practice. (not in traffic or in combination with swimming / diving)

Here’s the slide with the different tips for timing

Learn the Wim Hof Method on https://www.wimhofmethod.com/

1-Breath-Brake
Inhale fully through the nose, hold the breath for 2-3 seconds, “explode” the exhale in relaxation, relax into the exhale breath hold until the breathing stimulus.

Bouncing breath:
Gently bounce on your toes with your heel slighty touching the flour each time. When your heel touches the floor, let the breath “fall” out of you unforced, when you come back up you will naturally inhalen. Do this only for 30-60 seconds and watch for dizziness.

Box Breathing:
Breathe in for 4 counts, hold inhale for 4, breathe out for 4 counts, hold the exhale for 4 counts. Repeat this for 4 rounds.

4,7,8 Breathing (Dr. Andrew Weil):
Breathe in for 4 counts, hold inhale for 7 counts, breathe out for 8 counts. Repeat this for 4 rounds

Focus Reset Breathing:
I’ve made this easy-to-follow breathing animation to calm your system and reset your focus quickly.
